I am 65 years old now and have always have done most of the simple repairs on my equipment. My wife wanted to give me a birthday gift of getting my lawn mower and weed wacker repaired last year so she brought it to the Sears center in Hauppauge, They had it for 3Weeks and when we got it back it was hard starting and ran rough, they never sharpened the blade and the oil was still black and low,It cost her about $95.00. I didn't want her to feel bad so I took it to another repair center in your town and they had it for 2 1/2 weeks, when I got it back it did the same thing, I asked them why, they said that's the way it is, That cost me $125.00. I took the mower and put it in the shed and hired a landscaper.Over the winter I talked to a friend of mine and told him the story, he just laughed and said the same thing happened to him, his friend said he takes his equipment to a place in Kings Park called Mower Doctor and he lives in Coram so I took it to you this year. You charged me $56.00 for a full tune up and told me that the gasket between the air filter and carburetor was bad ,that why it was hard starting ,you said it was not priming correctly and you only had it for 5 days . I am so happy with the way it runs , it starts first pull every time. I went to Sears hardware on 111 in Hauppauge and talked to the store manger, he said they used to send all there equipment to you for servicing because you were cheaper and you did a better job then the center in Hauppauge but the corporate office said to stop, you were taking to much of there work away . That was pretty stupid, I like my Sears mower again because of you, See you next year for my spring tune up and again THANK YOU

Hi I just Wanted to say I brought my lawn mower in about a month ago on a Saturday and 2 nice young men help me get it out of my car and I told them what was wrong and they recommended a tune up they told me about the 26 point check list!! I was very impressed!! Last week I got my mower back and I was shocked how low the price was it was almost half the price of Provenzano’s! Well a nice young man helped me get it in to my truck and gave me some good tips on fuel storage. Well I brought it home and I was shocked! I have never mowed my lawn so fast!! The mower just hummed along!! It starts right up first pull!!! It amazed me how 2 kids can run a store better the those Provenzano's people Thank you mower doctor for saving my lawn mower!!!
